NuNet Innovations is a custom software development company in Toronto, working with small and mid-size businesses across Canada and beyond. We build the applications, automations and internal tools that quietly take hours of repetitive work out of a team's week, and keep taking them out every week after that.
Why we exist
Businesses your size rarely lose time in dramatic ways. They lose it fifteen minutes at a time — re-entering an order, chasing a signature, rebuilding the same report, waiting on the one person who understands how the spreadsheet works. None of it shows up as a line on your balance sheet, and all of it is where the hours and the overhead go, until the only obvious fix looks like hiring another person to do work that no person should be doing.
Large software vendors sell you a platform and expect your business to bend around it. Large consultancies sell you a recommendation and leave. We started NuNet to do the thing in between: look closely at how a business actually runs, then build the software that removes the work. Custom software used to be out of reach for a small business. It isn't any more.
How we work
You work directly with the people writing the code. No account managers, no handoffs, no translation layer between the problem and the people solving it — and no jargon used to make simple things sound expensive.
We start small and ship fast. You'll be using something real while the rest is still being built, because the fastest way to find out whether software fits your business is to put it in front of the people who do the work and watch what happens.
And we don't disappear at launch. Software that runs your operations has to keep pace with them, so the people who built it stay on to maintain it, extend it, and handle whatever the next quarter needs.
